Julie McKeel moved with her husband Dale to Durham in 1989 and started working at Duke University. Thirty-five years later, she retired from Duke and almost immediately joined the staff at CGS! Julie and Dale have served in a variety of roles, ministries, and programs at CGS over the years. While at Duke, Julie held multiple leadership positions focused on providing strategic, creative, and pragmatic oversight to departments and programs as well as a systems-based approach to communication design to create a consistent, informative, tailored, and visually compelling audience experience. Julie is excited to support the CGS community and guide staff in a variety of ways, from communications oversight to office administrator.
