We need five (5) volunteers to oversee coffee preparation and clean-up for the SMC Hour on Sunday mornings. Volunteers cover just one (1) Sunday per quarter, with enough time to attend classes afterwards. This is a great way for community groups, couples, families, or roommates to serve the church. Contact: Stephen Windham to coordinate an upcoming Sunday in January, February, or March that works best with your schedule.

On January 19, CGS is responsible for providing lunch at the Durham Rescue Mission men's campus. We fed over 300 last month, so your continued help is greatly appreciated. All are welcome to join us for lunch each week after Sunday's worship service for a great bowl of soup down in our kitchen! Bring your family, your friends, or just yourself and enjoy some time getting to know others in this community.
