Foster Care, Adoption, and the Local Church

Location: S212 At this event, you will meet other people from CGS and from local churches involved or interested in foster care and adoption in Durham/Chapel Hill, gain perspectives of families and churches in the area participating in the system, and help discern new ways that local churches can support foster care and adoption in our community. Men of CGS, If we want to be more of who God wants us to be, we need each other. Experience intergenerational relationship and encouragement as we learn and apply God’s Word to our lives together. Come join us at 7:00am in the church Commons for coffee and Bible study with a group of men. We use the ESV “Knowing the Bible Series” study by Dane Ortlund.  Contact Joseph Scanlon with any questions.

Young Adults Happy Hour: TRU Deli

Location: TRU Deli (114 Henderson St, Chapel Hill) Join us for a special happy hour at TRU in Chapel Hill. There are plenty of food and drink options depending on your needs. We'll ring in the spring with some hearty fellowship and conversation.
