Community Garden Interest Meeting and Lunch

Event Series Durham Rescue Mission Meal

Durham Rescue Mission Meal

CGS is responsible for providing lunch at the Durham Rescue Mission men’s campus. We fed over 300 last month, so your continued help is greatly appreciated. If you would like to help with this month’s meal, please notify  Will Burkart or via phone at (919)732-5199. Dropping off dishes in the main kitchen the morning of the meal remains the same. Spencer Johnson’s Ordination Service

Join us on February 16 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary as we celebrate the ordination and installation of Spencer Johnson, with dessert to follow. Prayer for Ukraine Zoom Gathering

The CGS GO Team encourages you to join others in praying for the church in Ukraine on Sunday, February 23, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. as the war there continues for the third year. CGS supports Andrew Sheppard who serves there. C.A.R.E. Training

Sign up to register for this mandatory training for all VBS, nursery, children, and youth volunteers. This one-time training session, held on March 2, from 1:00-3:30 p.m., is an essential part of protecting our young ones! Anyone is welcome to sit in on this training, whether they’ve taken it before or aren’t currently volunteering. We will meet in Room S203-S204. Questions?
