Charity Starchenko

Charity Starchenko grew up outside of San Francisco, California, and moved to NC in 2007 with her husband. She is in the final year of a Th.M. in Missiology from Edinburgh Theological Seminary where her thesis topic is the Book of Philemon as a blueprint for incarnational welcome of new and reconstructing believers into the life of the church. She comes to CGS after serving in churches and church-adjacent non-profits in Marketing and Communications for nearly 10 years, specializing in creating welcoming digital and in-person experiences to enfold, engage, and encourage new members in congregations. Charity lives in Cary with her husband and 2 children.
