Children’s Ministry Director – Full Time, Exempt, Salaried
Reports to: Lead Pastor
The Director of Children’s Ministry oversees the ministry to children and families at the Church of the Good Shepherd (ages 3 through 5th grade), primarily serving those already within the covenant community and those seeking to join. Believing that parents hold the primary responsibility before God for teaching, training, and encouraging their children in the faith (Deut. 6:4-9, Eph. 6:4, Prov. 1:8), the role of the Director is to supplement and assist parents in their efforts.

Communications Strategist – Full Time, Exempt, Salaried
Reports to: Director, Strategic Implementation
The Communications Strategist is a full-time position requiring an excellent writer and editor, a proactive and effective communicator, and a collaborative teammate, and skilled at providing tactical and day-to-day support of internal communications in support of the mission of CGS and its ministries and programs.
