Goodbye to the Cassar Family

Goodbye to the Cassar Family

Dear friends,

As we say goodbye to the Cassar family this month, we would love to show Amelia and Isaac how much we love and appreciate everything they have done for our CGS children’s ministry over the past 5 years. Would you join us in sending them off well? We have several options that you, your kiddos, or the whole family can choose from. So feel free to just pick one, two, or even all three for us to collect & surprise them with before they head to sunny California!

  • Coloring Contest Page: Time to turn the tables! Send Miss Amelia off with one last coloring contest page, but this time of the Cassar family! Let’s remind her of her final, one-of-a-kind year at CGS with her very own coloring contest page. Download your copy here or here, or come by the church office to pick up a pre-printed copy during office hours. (M-F, 8:00am-4:15pm)
  • Video Message: Let’s give Amelia something fun to watch on her way out of town! Record & upload a fun-filled or heartfelt goodbye/thank you to Amelia here with an easy, one-step process. Share your favorite CGS children’s ministry moment, a fun memory you’ve had serving with Miss Amelia over the years, or just say a quick thank you. Videos can be as silly or sweet as you &/or your family can come up with – the sky’s the limit!
  • Thank You Note: Drop off a handwritten note or a hand drawn picture from your kiddos at the church office during office hours or at the Nursery Welcome Desk on Sundays. Feel free to leave it in RiLee Robeson’s box, or give it to Abby Grebe for collection.

All video messages, coloring pages, and/or notes need to be submitted no later than May 19th, as the Cassars’ last Sunday with us will be on the 23rd.

All cards, coloring pages, or notes can be dropped off in RiLee Robeson’s box outside the church office, left with Abby Grebe during office hours (M-F, 8:00am-4:15pm), or emailed to rileerobeson@cgsonline.org

Thank you for taking the time to send Miss Amelia off with a little something from you to help her remember her time at CGS fondly. Whether you’ve served alongside Amelia or had kiddos say hello to her in the hallway, we hope you’ll join us in sending off Miss Amelia after a unique, but memorable, year here at CGS.

With many thanks,

RiLee Robeson
