We’re a gentle, thoughtful group seeking to sharpen each other’s writing through constructive criticism and encouragement. The upcoming Writers Workshop is on February 21, and will focus on the theme of love: where does it aim, what makes it wonderful, how does it change, what happens when it’s disordered? Submit your 1 or 2 5000-word drafts (fiction, non-fiction, prose, poetry) or any questions to Josh (joshua.c.briscoe@icloud.com) by January 10. |

CGS partners with the Durham Rescue Mission to provide lunch once a month at the Durham Rescue Mission men’s campus. We regularly help to feed more than 300 men each month, so your continued help is greatly appreciated. If you would like to help with this month’s meal, please notify Will Burkart. Drop dishes off in the main kitchen the morning of the meal. Thank you for your generous support of this ministry. |
