Join us Wednesday nights in Room S202 at Church of the Good Shepherd to study 1,2, and 3 John using the Jen Wilkin, "Abide", study. We will start Wednesday, September 25th 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm and meet weekly through December 4th. You can purchase the study here. A Morning Apart Advent Retreat** - Before the pace of the holiday season picks up, you're invited to take time and space to be with God. Jen Whipple and others will lead a three hour soul care retreat, beginning with guided silence/prayer, a short reflection on Advent and the practice of lectio divina. Join other 4th + 5th graders for a meal together each second Sunday, followed by a game or two and a devotional with prayer time, led by Ray Toher and youth volunteers! 4th + 5th graders will meet in the Commons (by the big kitchen) to eat together (their table will be labeled), then end with the devotional and prayer in Room N309.
