We are deeply and energetically committed to our local Durham-Chapel Hill community. After meeting our annual fixed obligations, approximately 30% of our remaining disposable congregational giving moves immediately outside our church walls to address local needs in our community.
CGS has established a faithful history of active involvement stretching over several decades with many local ministries, including current prominence with:
Samaritan Health Center
Inspired by the love and grace of Jesus Christ, Samaritan Health Center serves as a key link in the health care system by providing an exceptional medical practice to meet the primary care needs of low income residents of central North Carolina.
