Pancake Breakfast Volunteer Sign-up- August 3

Help make the Annual Pancake Breakfast a success again this year!

Please consider participating in setting up, welcoming, and taking donations, cooking, lending your griddle, serving during breakfast, or helping with cleanup.

Here is the schedule:
We’ll set up on Saturday, August 2, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

On Sunday, August 3, we will:

  • Bring griddles at 9:00 a.m. – drop off in the commons
  • Cook from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – batter will be ready for you!
  • Serve from 9:30 – 10:15  – making sure serving table is stocked and people have everything they need)
  • Welcoming and Donation taking from 9:30- 10 – welcome people to the breakfast and take in-person donations.
  • Clean up from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. – wipe down tables, take out trash, put tables and chairs away.
